Couples therapy is for those who seek to understand and improve their current relationship, resolve conflict, or enhance communication and closeness. Tamra’s clients often entrust her to help deepen intimacy, understand one another and to restore trust and safety within their relationship.

Tamra can help couples who experience:

Homework is often an important element of couples’ therapy. Don’t panic! It’s not like high school. Homework usually involves practising the skills or small tasks that will enhance your relationship. 

Couples therapy sessions are for 50-minutes. It is recommended sessions are held on a weekly or fortnightly basis to gain therapeutic benefits. Couples therapy duration depends entirely on the goals or relationship issues at hand, however most couples tend to require a minimum of 8-10 sessions to gain therapeutic results.
